Ingredients: sugar, apricot jam 22% (sugar, apricots pass 45%*, acidity regulator: citric acid, gelling agent: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate), eggs, chocolate 18% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin), wheat flour, butter, water. *in the jam

The recipe of the Original Sacher Torte does not contain nuts. However, since we also produce baked goods with nuts, traces of it could be transferred to the Original Sacher-Torte.
