Ingredients: sugar, apricot jam 22% (sugar, sieved apricots 45%*, acidity regulator: citric acid, gelling agent: pectin,
preservative: potassium sorbate), eggs, chocolate 18% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier:
soya- and sunflower lecithin),
wheat flour, butter, water. *in jam
The recipe of the Original Sacher-Torte does not contain any nuts. However, we do also produce bakery products containing
that traces of nuts might be present in the Original Sacher-Torte.
