Shipping Info
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE NOTE:
1. Please leave sufficient details about your shipping address to ensure smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can be accurate to the Apt/unit number. A correct email is mandatory for receiving order confirmation and shipping notification. The phone number is required for being contacted by delivery man if necessary.
2. Please note that we are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, etc. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by us.
3. Please note that our shipping service providers will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or shipping to outlying territories or remote areas & islands, Military Addresses (APO/FPO).
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRIA
Parcel up to 2 kg - EUR 10.90
Parcel up to 4 kg - EUR 12.90
Parcel from 4 kg - price upon request.
National shipping is carried out through Express Mail Service (EMS).
Please note that there is a packaging charge of EUR 1.90 per parcel.
Delivery time: 1-2 business days from shipping date.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
The delivery prices via DHL Express are quoted exclusive of product prices. All prices are quoted in Euro and include VAT for sales.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding national holidays and Saturday and Sunday.
Dispatch via Airmail
Unfortunately, our products cannot be imported into every country. This is mainly due to the respective customs regulations. In summary, South America, Mexico, Africa, the Russian Federation, New Zealand, most of Asia and Saudi Arabia cannot be supplied by DHL Express.
The only alternative is to send the goods by airmail (via Österreichische Post AG). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee whether, when and in what condition your products will arrive. The shipment would be at your own risk.

Forwarding and shipment modalities for gift vouchers
Gift vouchers for delivery within Austria will be sent by Express Mail Service (EMS), international delivery will be handled by DHL. No additional shipping and handling fee is charged when also other products from our assortment are ordered, which are sent to a single address.
Delivery might take up to 7 working days depending on the destination. The delivery takes place within the first and the last working day. Therefore we can not guarantee an exact delivery date. If requested, the dispatch may be scheduled for a later date.
