Our products are always dispatched the following working day, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

We can assure you that delivery will not be carried out after your desired date, however, we do hope for your understanding that we might not be able to guarantee the specific date of delivery.

Certain countries can only be supplied via Airmail! In this case the delivery might take up to 14 days. We kindly ask for your understanding that we are not able to guarantee whether the product gets delivered to its destination nor in which condition it arrives.

Domestic delivery is carried out by the Austrian Post and their Express Mail Service. The dispatch takes place the following working day and takes up to 2 working days the maximum.
